Only minor upgrade needed to get unit ready for market
The seller wanted to get the unit on the market quickly and without spending money on major improvements. Since the condo already had an updated kitchen, Warren suggested leaving the unit in as-is condition, except for a quick repainting of the combination living/dining room.
The living/dining room was a bright yellow which made a strong statement that most buyers would find unappealing. The new neutral white paint made the room appear larger and helped the unit sell quickly.
