Facts about Franklin Woods

The subdivision was built in the early 1990s in three phases.  Most of the homes in Franklin Woods were constructed by the same builder and feature similar floor plans.  The majority have 2,000 – 2,300 sq ft living area (excluding finished basement space) and bumped-out family rooms.  However, a number of homes in Franklin Woods were built by different builders and are substantially larger.

The Franklin Woods subdivision has sidewalks, underground utilities and public water and sewer service.

One of the many benefits of Franklin Woods’ location is its proximity to the Keller Elementary and Sullivan Middle schools.  Franklin Woods kids can literally walk to school!
