Facts about Oak Knoll

Construction of homes at Oak Knoll began in the late 1980s and continued throughout the 1990s.  A few additional homes were built on Bell Circle more recently.

Oak Knoll consists of 41 homes.  The majority of these homes contain between 2,600 – 3,500 sq ft living area, exclusive of finished basement space.  Several Oak Knoll homes offer more than 3,900 sq ft while a few have less than 2,500 sq ft of living area. Lot sizes range between 0.9 acres and 1.5 acres.

The neighborhood offers underground utilities and sidewalks with well water and septic systems.

Oak Knoll is located in the southwestern part of Franklin, MA, about 4 miles west of Exit 16 of I-495, the main commuter highway in the region.

Access is via Washington Street. There is no through traffic in this neighborhood.

The King St Memorial recreation area is also a short drive away from Oak Knoll.
