The good news is that both associations at the Chestnut Ridge Condos in Franklin, MA (the original Chestnut Ridge association and its newer counterpart, Chestnut Ridge II) allow residents to have a dog or a cat as part of their family.

Chestnut Ridge vs. Chestnut Ridge II

It’s important to note the slight differences in the pet rules between the two associations. The original Chestnut Ridge had a past where dogs were a no-go, but times have changed.

The pet policy at Chestnut Ridge has evolved, and now residents can have either one dog or one cat, provided the animal doesn’t exceed a 35-pound weight limit.

On the other hand, Chestnut Ridge II follows suit with a similar policy, but with a 30-pound limit.

Furry, Feathered, or Finned Friends?

While the focus at both Chestnut Ridge associations is on our beloved cats and dogs, the fine print in both sets of pet policies appears to prohibit pets other than cats or dogs.
