Another great benefit offered by the Franklin Public Library in Franklin, MA is the museum pass program.
Franklin residents are allowed to borrow membership passes to a wide variety of regional museums and cultural institutions.
The passes permit steeply discounted access for groups of up to 4 persons. Advanced reservation is required and households are limited to one pass per week. Each pass can only be used one time per month.
The following organizations are just some of those included in this program: Boston Children’s Museum, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Museum of Science, New England Aquarium, and the Plimoth Plantation & Mayflower II.
I’ve taken advantage of this program to take my family to the Providence Children’s Museum, the Boston Children’s Museum, and the Museum of Science in Boston. We saved a lot of money – makes sense to use this program!
